Front staff and nurses are terrible and do not try and work with you. The last nurse I spoke to said they'll fill it when they get to it even though I put in my request four days prior. They couldn't remember what to refill and where to send it so they called twice. I placed 4 refills which went to a pharmacy I never used. "My physician left and I was placed with a ARPN. I hope they make the need policy and staffing changes before they lose more patients." It is very sad that after three generations we have to find a new doctor because their administrative staff is below par. The new front desk staff is rude, inpatient, unable to answer or return phone calls in a timely manner, and makes scheduling errors. The nurses are busy and can't always return calls and timely manners. It is extremely challenging to get an in-person appointment with a doctor and impossible without first talking to the nurse. Since they got the new front desk staff and changed their procedures things have gotten terrible administratively. Recently they got new front desk staff and changed their procedures. "My family has gone to Lakepoint Family Physicians for three generations. He was a good doctor and care very much about his clients." The only doctor that’s worth going to ESPECIALLY for your kids is Doctor Palacio. I wouldn’t have spent my entire life going to a doctors office that didn’t care about my well being or the fact that sometimes things happens and people are late. I was extremely disappointed had I known all of this was going to happen. I now can no longer attend this doctors office because the last time I visited I was minutes late and I had been waiting for this appointment for a month and the front desk lady told me I couldn’t go in because by that time it was past the minute grace period.
